3 Hydrating Electrolyte Recipes Using Ener-C

Ener C Smoothie Bowl Raspberry

Ingredients

Serves 2

Smoothie Bowl:

1 avocado

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen berries

½ cup unsweetened milk of choice (we used almond milk)

1 package of Ener-C 1,000 mg Vitamin C Effervescent Drink Mix - Raspberry


Topping Options:

Fresh berries

Cacao nibs

Goji berries

Hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all smoothie bowl ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. Divide smoothie between two bowls, top with desired ingredients and serve immediately

Ener-C Electrolyte Lemon-Lime Spritzer


Ener C Drink Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 2-4

2 cups coconut water

2 cups sparkling water

1 package of Ener-C 1,000 mg Vitamin C Effervescent Drink Mix - Lemon-Lime

½ cucumber, sliced

1 lime, sliced

½ lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut water and Ener-C drink mix in a small pitcher until well combined

  2. Stir in cucumber, lime and lemon

  3. Serve over ice


Ener-C Electrolyte Hydration Fruit Pops


Ener C ice pops


Ingredients

1 cup of fruit of choice (we used raspberries)

2 cups coconut water

1 package of Ener-C Drink Mix fruit flavour of choice (try out peach, orange or raspberry!)


8 small paper cups (or use a silicone tray for mini muffins to easily pop them out!)

8 popsicle sticks


Instructions

  1. Evenly distribute the fruit between the cups.

  2. Mix coconut water and Ener-C together, then pour into the cups

  3. Place in freezer for 45 mins

  4. Once the water starts to freeze, insert the popsicle sticks and return to freezer

  5. Keep popsicles in the freezer until frozen and enjoy
