It’s that time of year again where we are all preparing to bid farewell to summer and wake up to crisp autumn mornings. With that said, it means getting back to a regular daily routine, whether it's back to school or back to a regular work schedule. Therefore, we may find we have less time in our lives. So, how can you give your diet and schedule a helping hand at this time of the year? Selecting convenient and quick food products is the way to go. As a working mom, the autumn is when I enjoy ‘foraging’ for snacks and foods (squirrels come to mind?) to make sure I am getting nutrients throughout the day without sacrificing tastiness! So here are some of my favourite quick snack and healthy school lunch ideas that are cost-effective and have personally made my life much easier.
