Use for a minimum of one week to see beneficial effects. For use beyond one year, consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking anti-anxiety, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity or if symptoms worsen or persist.
