It’s that time of year again where we are all preparing to bid farewell to summer and wake up to crisp autumn mornings. With that said, it means getting back to a regular daily routine, whether it's back to school or back to a regular work schedule. Therefore, we may find we have less time in our lives. So, how can you give your diet and schedule a helping hand at this time of the year? Selecting convenient and quick food products is the way to go. As a working mom, the autumn is when I enjoy ‘foraging’ for snacks and foods (squirrels come to mind?) to make sure I am getting nutrients throughout the day without sacrificing tastiness! So here's some of my favorite quick snack and healthy school lunch ideas that are cost effective and have personally made my life much easier.
