Processing times

Processing times are 1-2 business days. Orders received by 1 pm EST are usually shipped the next day, although this is not guaranteed.

Shipping to Canada or the U.S.? Receive free shipping on orders with a minimum sub-total of $75+ and weighing a maximum of 13lbs.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping charges vary by weight and order sub-total and will be shown at checkout. Shipping time will vary by destination. Depending on your location, average shipping time is 4-9 business days.

Tracking your shipment to Canada

Shipping to U.S.

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges vary by weight and order total and will be shown at checkout. Shipping time will vary by destination. Depending on your location, average shipping times is 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for possible customs delays as customs processing times are beyond our control. If applicable, customers are responsible for additional costs such as duty and taxes which are due upon delivery.

Shipping internationally

International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges vary by weight and order total and will be shown at checkout. Shipping time will vary by destination. Depending on your location, average shipping time to major cities around the world is 7-12 business days. Please allow additional time for possible customs delays as customs processing times are beyond our control. If applicable, customers are responsible for additional costs such as duty and taxes which are due upon delivery. Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.

Cancellations

We work hard to process your order quickly and efficiently, so you receive your product as soon as possible. Unfortunately once an order has been submitted we are not able to cancel the order nor accommodate changes. If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item.


Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be confirmed with a Vitarock customer service representative as we do not accept unsolicited returns.
