Note: This product contains senna leaf. Read and follow all directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna leaf may worsen these conditons and be harmful to your health. Senna may cause abdominal pain, spasms, or passage of liquid stools. Keep out of the reach of children. In the case of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. Drink responsibly and follow all directions for use. Please remember that Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move products are not meant to be used for cleansing or as diet aids.
Do not use if you have ileus, intestinal obstruction, stenosis, atonic bowel, acute intestinal inflammation, inflammatory bowel disorders including Inflammatory Bowel Disease/IBD (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) or Irritable Bowel Syndrome/IBS, appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, and/or severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity or allergy to plants of the parsley (Apiaceae) family such as fennel, carrot, celery, etc. Consult a health care practitioner if you have a heart/cardiac condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, and/or if you frequently experience diarrhea.
Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking diuretics, anti-arrhytmics, and/or any cardiac medications. Do not take together with another laxative product.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink 1/2 to 1 cup, warm and preferably at bedtime. To help prevent or minimize abdominal discomfort and/or cramps, make sure to keep yourself well hydrated. Best to drink warm or room temperature water, avoid diuretics including alcohol, avoid stimulating beverages, and avoid ice cold beverages before and after drinking this tea. Do not take this tea or any other laxative within 2 hours of another medication because it may decrease the absorption and effectiveness of the medication.
